I decided to create something positive for other women and help make their next experience a better one, no matter what happened.
The book is essentially a safe space for them to process their own unique experiences, worries, and fears and to encourage and support them through what can be a very difficult time. The message I wanted to convey was: don’t ever give up hope, stay positive, and trust your body and your baby. You can achieve anything you set your mind to.
