Something I’ve had more trouble staying on top of lately is fashion. Which sounds funny, because I’m always having to find the latest trends to wear to work events! But you all know that as moms, we’re responsible for the care and keeping of not only ourselves but other humans, too, so it can be easy for our own style to fall by the wayside. Shopping is a luxury I literally cannot find the time for anymore.
The last time I tried to go shopping it ended with crying kids and an exhausted mama. Oh, and did I mention, no clothes? Needless to say, shopping for clothes and finding the time to try them on with toddlers can be a nightmare.
Then I tried to do online shopping, but when they finally arrived I found they didn’t fit right. I may have even walked around in jeans that were way too big because I never got around to returning them. Is that why they call them mom jeans?? I find myself wishing I could snap my fingers and have all my clothes bought for me that fit perfectly and are my style. I think my wish came true because someone introduced me to Stitch Fix.
Stitch Fix
It basically does just that, and I didn’t even have to snap my fingers! Stitch Fix is a personal styling service that allows you to shop online for clothes that are hand-picked and tailored for your style and budget. You just tell them about your style, size, and price range, and the stylist will put together options for you. You can then decide which you want to order and even return them once they are delivered if you don’t love it. This is so easy and so worth it. It saves so much time and effort that I sometimes just don’t have. A huge thank you to Stitch Fix for bringing style back into my life!
