Good news, Sleepless Moms! I found another fun thing to do with my kids, and I want to share it with you all! If you’re anything like me, you know that finding things to get your family out of the house is quite the task. I often have trouble finding something that’s fun for all of us – or at least, not grueling for Kyle and I. The “Dogs! A Science Tail” movie was such a hit with the whole family. Since we recently got our new dog, Ryder, the kids have been so interested in dogs, so this was perfect timing!
Dogs! A Science Tail
We all learned more about dogs’ senses as well as how they are social like us. It helped us all understand the new bond we share with Ryder, and why he is the way he is. The movie was not only entertaining but also really educational. Even better, it was short enough to hold both the kids’ attention. They were silent through the whole thing, which means they loved it.
Whenever I find something this fun for the whole family I have to share. It seems like it’s all too often that the kids are going stir crazy and so am I! I realize it’s time for all of us to get out of the house to spare our sanity. Yet, I find that just taking them to a movie isn’t always the best option, especially when all that’s out are mind-numbing kids’ shows that they could just watch at home. That’s why seeing “Dogs! A Science Tail!” was such a victory, because it truly informed all of us about our furry friends.
