Sometimes it is the simplest things that are the most difficult. I am completely guilty about not drinking enough water every day, mostly because I “coffee it up” until it’s time for vino! Yup, mom life at its finest.
I’m going to make a change this month and do something good for my body, especially now that the holidays are behind us and summer is near!
February H2O Challenge
The month of February I am gearing up my body with the one thing it needs the most, H2O! Join me in this challenge and get one gallon of H2O in every day! The theory behind this challenge is to change your routine so that, eventually, getting enough water will become second nature to you. I’m looking forward to seeing the benefits to my skin and belly bloat, as well.
The one tip I have is to add some organic lemons and cucumbers to your water. Not only will your water be less boring but you will be adding some good antioxidants, too! Cheers to H2O!
